Carlos Smith is a loan officer at Seacoast Mortgage, who processes and manually underwrites loans from Application to Closing Table. Carlos' strengths are taking the time to listen and educate homeowners or new buyers on the many options available to meet their goals. He prides himself on a healthy loan experience with 100% transparency.

Carlos was in manufacturing for fourteen years before entering the industry. Since, he has spent five years in loan processing and originating.

Carlos lives in Pawtucket with his wife and three children. He is also passionate about youth mentoring and dedicates his free time as a board member and coach for multiple baseball & basketball teams locally.
